Description
Arizona International Film Festival program film description: Wally is a nice, young, working-class kind of guy forced to take an extreme course of action in order to safely recover his best friend, a dog named Neechee. Neechee is kidnapped by an organized crime faction and held as a hostage. The gangsters mistakenly believe Wally has stolen from them and Wally is eventually compelled to use excessive force in order to convince them of his and his dog's innocence.
