    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Arizona International Film Festival program film description: Based in Lynn, Massachusetts, the Real to Reel Digital Filmschool is a division of Raw Art Works (RAW), an organization that uses the power of the arts to nurture growth in at-risk children and teenagers. Students learn the language of film as a medium of self-expression and gain awareness of the arts and connection to the community through exposure to film techniques. Sixteen films produced by teens in RAW&#039;s film school premiered at the festival in a special presentation of Youth Cinema. The program was sponsored in part by a grant from the Marjory and Louis J. Slavin Fund for Excellence in Media Arts.]]></dcterms:description>
