Suddenly finding themselves reaching the age they once mocked, the age of the "authority figures" of the 1960s, many people from this generation are now using technology and surgery to reverse this aging process, or at least to put up a good fight. Sher explores the world of cosmetic surgery, from interviews with doctors and patients, to public opinion surveys, to the breakdown of costs, as she contemplates going under the knife herself. What becomes obvious throughout this documentary are the various reasons that people feel obligated to undergo nips and tucks, pulls and lifts.
