Arizona International Film Festival program film description: The ordinary feels very far away as we roam the plains of South Dakota in this quasi-documentary. Winter is setting in and the town's doctor has just been found dead. Speculation and contradiction spread throughout town and everyone has their own story. However, even as a suspect by the name of Newt Owens is arrested, we soon discover that whatever facts and evidence there are, it doesn't really matter.
