Arizona International Film Festival program film description: A great primer for anybody trying to climb the ladders of big business in Hollywood. What follows is a painful and at times moving descent into a world light-years from the glitz and glamour of the movies but directly inside the blood and sweat of the machinery that makes them. "I'm making this documentary because I want to understand how Hollywood changes people, like the way it changed my father," says one of the lead characters, Paulette, who is making a film about the lives of five young people struggling at their first jobs in corporate Hollywood.
